I had booked the Air Ticket through the air.irctc.co.in website of Indian Railway on **.**.****. Journey date was on **.**.**** at **:** am. I paid the amount of Rs. ****. The amount is debited from my account, at the same time the ticket was not delivered. I asked the customer care regarding ticket delivery. The ticket admin delivered me the ticket through mail on **.**.**** at **:** Hrs. and send SMS at **:** Hrs. on **.**.**** after **:** hrs. of flight departure. I could not avail the service due to a delay in the delivery of the ticket.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
