Indian Railway ( Irctc) - TDR refund request repudiated

I had booked a Tatkal e-ticket in South Bihar Express for Tata to Rourkela journey dated * may **** bearing PNR No. **********. On *th May afternoon I received a message that train's departure from source Ara had been delayed by * hours. As I had to urgently join office on *th May, I booked a ticket in ***** SHM LTT express and returned to Rourkela on *th May night only. On *th May morning I filed TDR for refund as train was running late by more than * hours. On ** May I received the message that TDR request has been repudiated as passenger has travelled. As I had already reached Rourkela on *th May night, it is impossible for me to have undertaken the journey from Tata to Rourkela on *th May morning.
