I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding the delay in the parceling of my bike. I booked my bike as a parcel on **th June ****, and despite the considerable time that has elapsed since then, my bike has not yet been dispatched.

This delay has caused me significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans. I chose to use the railway parcel service due to its reputation for reliability and efficiency, but this experience has been quite the opposite.
I kindly request you to provide me with an immediate update on the status of my parcel. Please ensure that the necessary steps are taken to expedite the dispatch of my bike at the earliest. Additionally, I would appreciate an explanation for this undue delay and the measures being taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
