Via.com - Ticket not confirmed after paying money

I booked a round trip ticket through travel agent site via.com on *th May ****. After they deducted the amount written on the site they gave me confirmed returned ticket while my forward journey ticket did not get confirmed. The site shows my ticket status to be confirmed after ** minutes. More than ** hours of lapsed still not confirmed. They did not pick up calls. They kept on sending emails that I have to pay more money. After having no option I asked them to give me a confirmed ticket for forwarding journey as return ticket is already booked. Still, they did not bother to resolve the issue. My journey is due in the next ** hours. Ticket prices are skyrocketing at this late hour. I can't afford to get a new ticket on another agency or my paid ticket is confirmed. This is the most traumatising experience.
