Booking failed on ** Jun ****, still waiting for refund. Customer care doesn't help, every time I called/mailed I got following reply-
"This is to inform you that, the concerned team working on the same, Refund will be credit into your same account soon."
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
