Redrail - Ticket not Booked but Amount debited in RedRail

I tried to book a ticket on RedRail, but the payment failed, and ****.** was debited from my CUB account. This happened twice, and when I contacted my bank, they mentioned the amount was sent to the recipient. However, RedRails stated they didn't receive the payment. I'm at a loss as to where to retrieve my money.
