I've booked train ticket through redrail on **/**/**** from manaparai to Chennai date *st January. It was cancelled by IRCTC and redrail initiated a refund on *rd of January and it was supposed to reflect on or before *th of January but still I didn't receive the money. So please have this processed and refund my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
