I book a ticket from redrail app and also took a option of full refund ( full refund means full amount) but when I cancel ticket within ** hours
But only refund ticket fare only not a full amount also deducted a convience fees and gst fees and zero cancellation fees then what will the benefits of choosing option of full refund payment it's totally waste of money, please take action against redrail.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
