NueGo - Ticket got cancelled

NueGo travels (TN ** BA ****) from Pondicherry to Bangalore cancelled ticket booked of Medhini (*A , * B , * C, * D) without any notice due to their technicall issue and alloted * seats to someone .This cancelled happened after onboarding te bus and middle of journey . NueGO travels also insisted to get down immediately . We were clueless why the ticket got cancelled and why it was cancelled . With * Children at middle of road we were asking for rights for seat and somehow instaed of * seats, bus arranged for * seats . But what would be problem if this happen to Lady or other family members where they would dropped in unknown place and somethinng happens to them. Wanna know where can I log complain for such scary problems . Please help
