Nuego - Nuego Uninformed Bus Rescheduling and Service Failure Request for Refund Compensation

I am filing this complaint against NueGo Bus Services regarding my booking PNR ******** for the journey on **-Dec-**** (Trichy – Mannarpuram to Chennai – Porur, **:** PM pickup).
The bus was rescheduled to **:** AM without any prior communication. No email, SMS, call, or app notification was provided. We came to know about the change only when the driver called us while we were already on the way to the pickup point.
When I contacted customer care, they informed me that a refund will be initiated. However:
• No alternative travel arrangement was provided
• No assistance or guidance was given
• No compensation was offered
Due to NueGo’s lack of communication and service failure, we were forced to take a government bus at the last minute, causing inconvenience and additional expenses.
My Requests:
*. Full refund of the ticket amount
*. Compensation for inconvenience and additional travel expenses
*. Written confirmation and expected time for refund processing
