My bus was at ** am at boarding point. The driver didn't call me.After ** mins I called the driver to ask where the bus is the answer was the bus was moved and you didn't lift the call. It was not true he called at *:** and said you will be having bus at ** am but he didn't call again.Due to this my time wasted and lose of ticket.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
