Nuego - Taken loggege charge Rs 300 after taking Ticket charge but not provided valid eway bill freight

Dear Sir,
I were booked bus ticket from Chandigarh to Delhi from nuego bus service. When I reached my destination with luggage, they are taking extra charges for my luggage elecrical oven with cartoon, he is taken extra Rs *** charges but not provided valid freight bill. Already I gave Apprpx *** for ticket booking charges but why he is taking extra charges. Please take action against it.
