*. I had booked air ticket as per the following details through YATRA website:

Yatra Reference Number: *************
Airline: Air Asia
Flight Number: I* – ***
PNR: O*KTTZ
Sector: New Delhi to Kolkata
Travellers: Mr. Pijush Kanti Roy & Mrs. Shipra Roy
Total Ticket booking amount: Rs. ****
*. On **th May **** around **:** hrs SMS received in Mobile No. ********** from VXArAsia stating:
Dear Guest, We sincerely regret to inform that your flight I*-*** (DEL-CCU) on *-Jun-** is cancelled due to Operational reasons.
*. Since then I started following up with YATRA for full refund amount of INR **** against the cancelled ticket.
*. On **.**.****, I received e-mail from YATRA stating that
We would like to confirm that the refund due for an amount of Rs: ****.* against Yatra reference number ************* was processed on July **, **** to your account.
*. Subsequently I again started following up with Yatra for refund of balance INR **** but not received the same till date. However in YATRA website following status is showing:
Dear Kausik Das,
Thank you for booking with Yatra.com. We would like to confirm that the refund of INR ****.** due to you, for reference number ************* was processed on **-Jul- **** from Yatra.com to your account. We would like to confirm that the refund of INR ****.** due to you, for reference number ************* was processed on **-Jul- **** from Yatra.com to your account. Refunds to e-wallet are processed instantly at the time of cancellation. In case of refund to bank account/credit card, Yatra takes ** mins to process your refund. Further, the private sector banks may take * - * working days and public sector banks may take up to * working days to refund in your account.
*. Even after repeated follow up I am yet to receive the balance INR ****/- till date from YATRA.
