I booked the train tickets from paytm app.
*) Hyderabad to Varanasi Rs. ****/- after cancellation ****/-was credited.
*) Varanasi to Hyderabad Rs. ****/- this one was also cancelled. After deduction Rs. ****/- credited. Both the tickets were cancelled on **-**-****.
I have put several messages but I am getting one answer that amount was credited. Even I have sent my bank statement copy from **th February but no response received. For kind information, I am here with the attached copy of ticket cancellation. If necessary I will send bank statement copy.
