Abhi bus - Ticket cancellation denied

I booked Abhi bus’s tickets (*) for a travel journey from Baroda to Ahmedabad on the arrival day the bus didn’t showed up at the marked station in addition to that no such crew’s contact no. was provided,
I was unable to track the bus route and after almost ** mins delay I had to cancel the ticket but which display an error stating that it cannot be cancelled. If they might have provided crews number then I wouldn’t have to suffer at any cost !
Please take strict actions against this failure and accept my refund request !
