Krishna Prasad Bonagiri filed complaint against Abhi bus on Feb 14, 2024
Booked ticket with ID AX********** from Hyderabad to Kovvur booked on **/**/****. Due to some emergency I am travelling today and cancelling ticket through AbhiBus App, but not allowed to cancell through app, call to call centre to cancel support team saying there is no cancellation on this ticket. I am shoked that cancellation will not be there as my travel is on **/**/****.
This is literally cheating customers.How is possible there will be no refund.
