I was cheated by Panwar Travels (partner of AbhiBus). The driver verbally promised to pick me up from a different location on the Purvanchal Expressway. He later denied this promise, leaving me stranded at night and causing me to miss the bus. This is clear fraudulent misdirection and a service deficiency.

I demand a full ***% refund of my booking amount.

I have call recordings of the driver agreeing to the pickup change. I also have the booking confirmation and chat history.

*. Brief Description:
I booked a bus from Azamgarh to Ahmedabad. Before travel, I contacted the driver who agreed to pick me up further down the expressway. Relying on his confirmation, I waited at the agreed spot. When I called back, he refused to pick me up and denied the conversation, which I have recorded. Due to this false promise, I could not board the bus and was stranded. Please intervene and get me a full refund.
