Abhi bus - Delay in dropping and buspartner changed the dropping point

Dear abhi bus,

I'm inform you that the bus supposed to be reach at around *:** at miyapur but the bus is get delayed and reached to *:** at kukatpally after that drivers and bus crew are scared me to get down the bus this last stop but I said my stop is miyapur but they said no we dont want to go there so get down the bus here only they put me condition in kukatpally bus stop okey and more over abhi bus people are not evening responding to mail and not evening contact after mailing of my number also
