I had booked a ticket from Bagdogra to Delhi on *-**-** at MakeMyTrip (mobile app) and the ticket was not confirmed and MakeMyTrip left their page to saying pending confirmation through my money of amount Rs ***** got deducted from my account and I didn't get any Eticket or confirmation in my email.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
