Nykaa - They sent wrong products and then rejected my return request

I ordered some products form nykaa worth **k but I received different products that too in used form in this pandemic situation wt will happen to our healths..then I kept it for return and sent them unboxing video too still they rejected my return stating that they sent items accurately..if they sent the items accurately then y did I received wrong items..it's their responsibility to send correct items right..i lost my money..is it my mistake to receive wrong items..it's mentally haunting me thinking that I lost **k at once..products..I orderd *.
