I requested to them for invoice also mailed them they took *days but didn't send me invoice and whenever I called the customer number my call didn't connect to customer service the robot told non underscore checkout I am really frustrated because my device is already damaged and I want to claim my warranty but I can't claim warranty because I have no invoice .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
