I have booked a room in Oyo on **august and did an online payment of rs ****. Due to some reasons i cancelled the booking on the same day. I received a refund amount of rs **** immediately. But it has been deducted, the balance amount Rs *** is not paid..i spoke to the Oyo customer care they said your balance amount *** will be refund in * to ** days. But i still haven't received any refund from Oyo.
