I booked a ticket from Anand vihar to araria court on ** dec **** with free cancellation coupon and * time refund if the ticket are not confirmed but my ticket was not confirmed and i don't cancelled my ticket but they charged *** amount for cancellation charges as **rupess as platform change and so on, if they charged that amount then why should i booked ticket with free cancellation coupon. i just want to refund my amount and also didn't get *x refund amount .
