Myntra - they are not accepting the return

I ordered sweatshirt which came in small size. i paid online fr it. now when i placed return. Delivery Executive took the dress and return it back to me after an hour telling it doesnot have price tag. Although it had brand tag but they need price tag too. i showed him the carry bag it came in. it has price and bar code but which enough fr return but still he didnot took it and asked me to file complaint. after filling complaint customer support executive declined my request and told me that they cant accept it without price tag. what if they had not send the dress with tag or his delivery boy altered it. i have no idea. but i need to return the dress and i want the money back.
