I mistakenly placed order of oversized shoe, I asked for exchange and they are declining for like two times without reasons and returning my product without my consent . I feel very frustrated as I ordered it as a gift. I'm fighting with them for like a week still not receiving proper news on their side . Like why they are not exchanging.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
