SH filed complaint against Vibecrafts on Mar 14, 2026
It's been two months of complaining against the painting. It's mental torture. Just to return a painting. It's not as the photo shows. It's occupying so much space in the house and we are living cramped up because the ordered painting size is large. Terrible service. It's a bot replying that someone from their team will get back shortly bt just unprofessional or untrained staff or a template auto reply. Will never order from here again. Atleast get back to your customer.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
