Vibecrafts - Ordered a painting looks completely different from photos on the website

I ordered a Painting from Vibecrafts on **/**/**** which was delivered on **/**/****. When i received and opened the product it was completely different from what was shown on the website and now when i am trying to return the product, they are not responding to my emails or WhatsApp messages
