Vibecrafts - Refund denial

I received the order for a Classic Bold Style Big Size *D Infinity Wall Clock × * bearing Order ID No. ODVC********* on **.**.**** amounting to ₹*,***.** which was paid on **.**.****.
I was not really satisfied with the quality of the product and hence, requested for a return of the product I and for a refund of the paid amount. However after repeatedly emailing them, sharing the photographs of the product, and also being well under their refund policy, all I got was an automated email and no response on WhatsApp as well.
