I purchased a wall painting/art product from Vibecrafts on ** May **** for ₹****.** through online payment. The company advertises a return/refund policy, however I have not received proper assistance regarding my refund request. I sent multiple emails to the company but did not receive satisfactory guidance or resolution. The customer support numbers provided by the company are constantly busy or unavailable. Due to poor customer service and non-resolution of my issue, I request a full refund of ₹****.** and necessary action against the company for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice
