I had filed a tdr with a reason train is late more than * hours , first i got a mail that ypur tdr is revoked giving the reason tdr is filed late than after some days i again got a mail stating the reason that passenger is travelled but that is a false reason as i had booked another ticket for the same day with the same passenger and from same id and travelled from that train.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
