I am writing to request compensation for the significant delay I experienced on **/**/**** while traveling on ***** Kanyakumari- Kollam memu from Kulitturai to Trivandrum central.
I am entitled to compensation for delays of more than on and half hours. The delay on my journey exceeded this threshold, and as a result, I lost my connection train to Kannur from Trivandrum[MAVELI EXPRESS *****] Which was booked a month before.I request a refund Of the money i had spent during the entire journey which occurred unexpectedly due to the fault of the Indian railways..
I have attached a copy of my ticket and any other relevant documents for your reference. Please let me know how to proceed in order to claim my compensation.
