I filed TDR on *.**.** against my PNR-********** as Train no -***** was late by * hrs that day and I did not travelled. I had to stay at Samabay Bhawan,Malda that night. The TDR was Repudiated as TTE falsely reported that I travelled that night . I claim my refund amt and PUNISHMENT of the concerned rail officials who reported falsely. As evidence of my stay at Malda on *.**.**, *.**.** will be submitted later from Co-op. Dept., Malda, West Bengal
