I had a Motor insurance from TATA from **th Oct ** to ** oct ** for my car.
the policy had own damage plus * year *rd party and * year PA cover.
however i have changed my insurer from **th oct **** to Acko
the same was informed to TATA well in advance for cancellation and refund of the amount.
i have sent my bank details and new policy documents several times from my registered email id but everytime they chose to ignore or reply me with the general guidelines for cancelling the policy.
