TATA AIG General Insurance - Claim settlement pending from previous half months

Faced an accident on **th June ****.from that date I have harrashed regularly till now.Claim hasn't been settled yet and damaged part is asked to bear by me .Key was damaged as confirmed by hyundai service center also.I am facing issues on daily basis due to this . They took * months and till time not ready .they took one and half months to clear that whether my car will be settled in total loss or repaired.
And now I am forced to pay the bill of new key which I am not at all payable for. These big companies harrases customer in so many ways and I am one the victims.
My kind request to the judiciary system to look after it and let them pay for their mistakes. I am visiting hospital for my wife twice in a week for checkups on bike risking health and life in natural calamities.
My kind request to the team to give proper justice To me and proper task to tata AIG to behave in proper manner.
