My car had an accident on dated ** November with a ras driving truck on delhi jaipur high way. My car got damaged from complete left side I.e. both left window left fender left qtr panel and front bumper. Insurance company only approved one part for repair i.e. left qtr panel and denied for remaining. And they didn’t provide any valid reason to not approve this case. I have explained about this accident to their senior officials also raise complaint to IRDAI but they are not listening. It’s been one month has passed since my car got acccident and my car remains parked at body shop. Please provide resolution
