On **th April I bought a Kurta worth INR.**** for my wife from Max store in Ravipriya Mall, Ongole. While doing payments they asked if I need a bag upon which I said yes. Then they provided a bag with store logo and details and charged Rs * extra for that. Is it not their responsibility to provide a bag when you buy clothes from them at such a high cost? Are we supposed to carry them by hand while going back home?
