RAVI KULKARNI filed complaint against Swiggy on Dec 16, 2019
Yesterday ** Dec ****, I have ordered (ORDER#***********) * full quantity of Punjabi Kofta & * full quantity of Veg Kolhapuri as some important guests arrived at my house. But I have delivered with * full quantity of Kaju dish. As my guest dont like to kaju, I have requested swiggy for wrong item delivery seeking a solution for item exchange or entire amount to be refunded. As I have contacted Swiggy customer executive yesterday, first they agreed for Rs.** coupon & today they raised it for Rs.***. But my amount loss is Rs.*** & more then this I felt very embarassed in front my guest & they slept hungry last night. Kindly seeking your support.
