The SWIGGY delivery guy didn’t have the change of ₹ *** when I offered him ₹ ***.
The SWIGGY chat executive called me and assured me the change of ₹ *** will be provided to me instantly in the form of a voucher which I can use it for my next order within ** days. And I thought the matter was resolved, until on Oct **rd I checked my SWIGGY app and realised instead of ₹ *** I was provided with only ₹ *** . And all these days no one from SWIGGY had informed me until I went in the app after * days. However, when I contacted them , I was transferred numerous times, without any resolution. My several attempts to have my concern escalated failed until I threatened to expose this on social media, that’s when their executive from escalations team called me on Oct **th and assured me that he will personally look into my case and have it fixed within a few hours.
However till this date, my issue still remains unsolved, and no communication from SWIGGY whatsoever.
Just a thought, will SWIGGY execute an order, if the order value is not paid in full at the time of delivery ? Then why should a consumer wait, to get the change for over a week .
Please BEWARE OF THIS SWIGGY SCAM
