For this order, I have to pay Rs.
***, I have chosen the pay of delivery option. At the time of payment, I have successfully pay this amount to the delivery Executive Mr. vivek..
through UPI payment but he told me that he did not get money. Check it again, and tell him you can verify it, I have also shown him the payment reference id. But I couldn't believe it then I have to pay him again the same amount a second time but
this time he again told a lie that he did not receive any money.
And force me to pay again.. then I to have payment him again Rs. *** at *rd time then he could receive this amount.
today I have confirmed from the UPI customer support executive to this transaction (*st and *nd time both) was successfully done. But swiggy's delivery Executive Mr. Vivek k has told a lie to me that he could not receive the *st and *nd transaction amount.
Sir, I have lost Rs. *** due to swiggy delivery Executive's false report. I want my refund amount back. Please help me.

I want my refund back. I have already complaint last week on swiggy's official mail id, but couldn't find any response from the swiggy side.
Refund my money back immediately.
