Ashish filed complaint against Swiggy instamart on Jul 21, 2025
I received defective product, so I replaced with the new one but that also was defected. So I raised the refund request for order id ***************.
Swiggy is saying that we refund for the order but payment not credited in my Simpl Paylater account.
Refund initiated on **th June **** and today **st July ****.
I mailed to Swiggy and simpl on this matter but all gone in vain.
Please check and resolve this.
