Swiggy instamart - Not refunded my amount from past

I payed *** for my order around **.** so my got deducted. But my order got cancelled so I ran to help line they said they will initiate my refund *hours,next day morning when I checked my balance they are not refunded. So raised another ticket about my issue .same repeated by another one .I just waited another *hours .later I called to the customer helpline of swiggy .he said we will refund within **hours another ** +*+* hours completed but my money refund issue is not solved
