I am writing to request a full refund of Rs *** for my recent Instamart order of a Dove Exfoliating Body Wash on march *st ****.

I placed this order accidentally with the wrong delivery address selected. Recognizing the error, I cancelled the order within one minute. Since the cancellation was nearly instantaneous, the order had not been packed by the merchant, and no delivery partner had been assigned or utilized.
Charging a ***% cancellation fee in this instance is unjustified as no resources were consumed. I request you to reverse the cancellation fee and initiate a full refund to my original payment source.
I have attached a screenshot of the order and the cancellation timestamp for your reference. (This is the mail I have sent them)
After checking the details of the order, I see that our delivery partner has reached your location with the order for the delivery, and he has tried calling you. Since you have not responded to his calls, he has raised an issue with us, and then our back-end team has called you multiple times. Since there was no response from your end on any of these attempts, your order was forced to cancel.
Please be informed that this is a non-refundable order, and a ***% cancellation fee will be charged if the order is canceled after the order is picked up. Hence, there is no refund processed on this order. (⁶This is the reply I got from them)
But I'm sure the order was not Even picked up by the delivery person, within two minutes I have cancelled the order, called customer care support, and reordered the item also.
