Swiggy - Swiggy not providing refund by any possible means

The restaurant 'Amboli Spice' was not able to fulfil our order, so we got the option to cancel it, which we did. Swiggy had accepted our order cancellation and said amount will be refunded. We kept on contacting Swiggy, and different Swiggy agents said refund will be received with **hrs. This contacting happened more than * times and every time they said issue will be resolved with **hrs-**hrs. Its been more than * weeks now, every time we connect with Swiggy, they say **hrs hours again and again and simply reinitiated the refund but nothing happens. No resolution is found as of yet. We also suggested them to pay us in Swiggy Wallet or as a coupon code, which they did not agree to. This is a big amount of Rs. **** and Swiggy is not providing any alternate solutions to pay us which they can easily credit that amount in Swiggy Wallet. Many other people have had the same issue with Swiggy online and I don't think Swiggy is handling refunds seriously.
