Swiggy - Swiggy missed to deliver an item from my order and yet no replacement or refund

I ordered for * pizzas and got only * on delivery. I told the delivery boy that one item is missing. He said that there will be * pizzas inside a single box which was false. He just lied so that he can close the delivery. When said concern to customer support they raised a replacement order which was cancelled by the restaurant as it is closed. Now when I had already waited for ** mins . When again raised complaint they said there is nothing left on their side to compensate for this issue. I paid for my pizza and I didn't get it. After another long conversation I was told suddenly that they can process a coupon. I was even told that the restaurant called me and I didn't pick up the call. Just too many lies. Got fed up.
