I have paid yearly subscription fees for Swiggy one on **th October **** the company is denying it they have received as i have been using that app and service occasionally since October and had never issue earlier but on my last order dated April **' **** they charged me fees which i asked for reversal at that time they informed me they cant find my yearly subscription and since then i have been trying to reach out through app and email but none of the customer service executives are able to solve my problem i have provided the details for payment made for yearly subscription fees but they say they still cant locate and i asked them email address of the superiors to escalate my query but they are not providing me and neither they are raising it to their superiors.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
