Tousif filed complaint against Swiggy on Aug 19, 2020
I made an order from Swiggy and the bill charged was Rs.*** which included taxes + packing charges. However when I received the parcel which had a physical copy of the bill , the amount mentioned was Rs.*** (taxes+packing charges).
This clearly showed Swiggy has cheated me by charging extra.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
