I have placed Swiggy order today (P**-*******-*******) from Cream stone. in the offer, they said on the subscription you will have Buy one get one offer for this restaurant so immediately subscribed with *** Rs. But tried to apply the buy one get one coupon for the given selected items but could not apply as it showed an error. so Have applied another coupon and placed the order. while I'm fighting with customer support on coupon related issue, received the placed order. when I open the order received an incomplete order. literally felt disappointed with swiggy service. Immediately contacted support team they said will give coupon of some amount I said ok give a refund, they said as per conformation iniiated coupon so coulnt give refund ..repeatedly telling the same thing.. letarally they wasted my * hr time.
incomplete delivery and coupon issue is one thing and customer support is one thing they literally took me to frustration mode with their repeated answers. without given the resolution they simply ended up the chat..
Really they are not at all responsible they simply give the repeated answers that irritate us.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
