Gurjot Singh filed complaint against Swiggy on May 12, 2024
They took ** mins to deliver an order from a restaurant which is just * km from my place, they didn't assign delivery partner for an hour.
Food I received was completely cold, I called at restaurant and they said food was packed in ** mins but no one came to pick it up.
I had guests at my house and they had to wait for ** mins for this cold food. It was so embarrassing for us. Chat support is pathetic as always, they ask to pay ***% cancellation fee to cancel the order which is delayed from their end only.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
