Hi I have tried to order food from restaurant called panchakattu dosa through Swiggy , what I observed is the dosa cost is *** and idly cost is ** , delivery time was late so I thought I would send my maid to bring the food instead ordering online through Swiggy ,.to my surprise the cost In the restaurant is way too less than Swiggy and this is excluding gst other taxes .. dosa price was ** idly was ** , packaging cost ** , altogether *** , they have no GST ,but where as in Swiggy the cost was coming to *** rs , and I think Swiggy is cheating customers by adding unwanted GST ,and also extra price was ridiculous.. I want to raise a complaint regarding this .. please take necessary action
