During order place, I mistakenly selected wrong address where I don't stay, when I tried to change the address, I could not , so I followed chat bot instructions from swiggy chat, I selected change address as an option and then I was asked to cancel order . I had to cancel order as no other option was there. After that I noticed entire amount of order was deducted as part of cancellation fees.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
